Mohammad Tajik, Head of Advisory Services, has a PhD in banking and finance from Brunel University London, in addition to being a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). He has 5 years of experience as a lecturer in department of mathematics and department of economics & finance at Brunel University London. In his academic career, he delivered courses in quantitative finance, econometrics, and statistical modelling. In addition, he published several papers and worked as a referee in reputable international academic journals. He then joined APIM advisory department, and during his career as the head of advisory department of APIM, he has rendered a wide range of advisory services to local and international clients. The services rendered have been in the fields of transactions, merger & acquisition, restructuring, due diligence, valuation, financial risk, project appraisal, market research and market entry analysis.
